For VND, record the bank reference, amount and transfer time. For USDT, record the TXID, network, recipient address and quantity. Never send passwords, MFA codes, seed phrases or private keys to support staff.
Keep the conversation in one case
Open a case from the order detail page so it is linked to the correct transaction. Add information to the existing case and follow responses there. Use testing data in the sandbox; do not send real money to test the feature.
